Bungee Installation Tool

This bungee installation tool allows you to install or replace nose gear bungee easily and safely in minutes. No need to remove the engine, you can install the bungee with the engine in place. Works on Zenith Aircraft CH701, CH801, 601HD, HDS and XL planes.

Axle Drill Guides
Most spring gears aren't easy to fit in a drill press and are thick enough that if you drill by hand and hold your drill on a slight angle, you're axle won't fit. We've designed the following axle drill guides to make it easy to drill bolt patterns through spring gear accurately with a hand drill. Axle Drill Guide - GAC Models 5013, 5015 & 5018

This 1/2" thick steel block exactly matches the Grove Aircraft Company axle model numbers 5013, 5015 and 5018. Holes are 1/4". No machine shop required. Block fits axle supplied with Zenith Aircraft Company 601XL. Comes complete with instructions.

This 3/4" thick steel block exactly matches the Grove Aircraft Company axle model numbers 5016, 5017 and Matco Axle 6. Top holes are 5/16" and bottom holes are 3/8". Block fits axle supplied with Zenith Aircraft Company 801. No machine shop required. Comes complete with instructions.
